More about Brenna

Brenna Foley is a printmaker and artist based in Cincinnati, Ohio. She first began printing in early 2020 in Lexington, KY, when the COVID-19 pandemic kept her at home with little to do. Since then, Brenna has taught herself a variety of techniques and is constantly trying to learn more. She draws inspiration from her love of the outdoors and her life-long fascination with folklore. Whether it’s fantasy or the magic of small moments, Brenna draws on these interests to create fantastical and detailed pieces. Though she works primarily in print, Brenna also works in clay, paint, pen and needlecraft. When she isn’t carving linoleum, Brenna can be found rock climbing with her partner, playing with her cat Tadpole, or going for long walks through her neighborhood.
