Sunflower Linocut Block Print
Sunflower is an edition of 22 seven-layer linocut prints, printed with archival ink on BFK Rives printmaking paper. It was created using reduction printmaking, in which one block is used to print multiple layers. After each layer, more of the block is carved away, allowing for mutliple colors and a richer design. The design is 4x6 printed on 5x7 paper. Each print is titled, numbered, and signed.
